Our apprentices are the future of our business. As an apprentice on our 15 month customer service apprentice programme you will learn all of the skills to become a top Hire Controller with a fantastic range of future career options ahead of you.
On a day-day basis you’ll work on the hire desk in one of our Service Centres learning how to build great working relationships. You will also gain in-depth product knowledge which you will use to translate your customers’ requirements into the rental products and services that meet their needs, whilst also maximising sales opportunities. You’ll be an ambassador for our “Customer First” culture, resolving any issues quickly and keeping your customers informed, so that they feel truly valued.
You will also learn how to manage the hire contract administration and ensure that this is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
If you join us we’ll provide you with a comprehensive company induction, training programme and apprenticeship training and we’ll work with you to identify your personal development needs and career progression plan.
